Return Policy

At DFC Marketing / CheckYourDrink.net, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, the process for returning items, and how refunds are issued.

1. Return Conditions
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. After this period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. This helps us verify your purchase and process your return more efficiently.

 

2. Return Process
Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@checkyourdrink.net. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Shipping Your Return: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all  documentation. Include the return authorization provided by our customer service team.

3. Refunds
Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. You will be notified via email once the inspection is complete and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Processing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@checkyourdrink.net. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@checkyourdrink.net with details and photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, as quickly as possible.

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

7. Return Shipping
Responsibility: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if we provided return shipping labels).

Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. International Returns
For international returns, please contact our customer service team at info@checkyourdrink.net for specific instructions and considerations. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
